Make hive compilable under eclipse

HiveLexer.java and HiveParser.java only exists in build/ql/gen-java. But a copy
of ql/src/java is also there.
It makes it hard for eclipse to load the source files because there will be a
duplicate.
If we just let eclipse load build/ql/gen-java but not ql/src/java, then we
cannot modify the code.
