Hi Zheng,

There is some kind of bug I've seen before in Hadoop's build process where the 
version info doesn't get generated on your first compile. It's silly, but try 
running 'ant package' a second time in your Hadoop build tree? Running "hadoop 
version" should let you know whether the version info got compiled in.
