I think the check of "if(LzoCodec.class.isAssignableFrom(codec) &&
!LzoCodec.isNativeLzoLoaded(jc))" is not necessary.
I think we should make a copy of jobconf before calling these 2 functions, to
make sure it does not affect other parts of the code.
FileOutputFormat.setOutputCompressorClass
SequenceFileOutputFormat.setOutputCompressionType
What do you think?
