bq. Can we keep building 4 versions of hadoop as hive is doing now?
What if I modify the build so that all 4 versions are built when running the
'tar' target, but otherwise only the shim corresponding to hadoop.version is
downloaded and built (which would be the case for the 'jar' and 'package'
targets)?
