After https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-657 has been committed, you
can add your ADD and SET commands into a .hiverc file which will
automatically get executed before hive starts.

Since the jar file you specify is included in every query, if you modify the
jar file hive should pick up the latest version.
