Howard, when do you decide using the term "builder" and when "factory"?
Do you have a simple handy rule for that?

Subject: Fixing some naming?

I've been thinking about fixing some naming:

interfaces:
ServiceImplementationFactory -> ServiceBuilder
ServiceInterceptorFactory -> InterceptorBuilder

classes:
BuilderFactory -> Builder

service-points:

hivemind.BuilderFactory -> hivemind.Builder
hivemind.lib.EJBProxyFactory -> hivemind.lib.EJBProxyBuilder

Thoughts? Suggestions?
