The 'PropertyHolder' and the 'Property'
must be in one module.
(This is even a workaround)

Description:
The ServicePropertyFactory fails if the
serices 'PropertyHolder', 'Property' and 'PropertyUser'
are togetheer in one module.
If the 'PropertyHolder' defined in a separate module, the
the following error occurs (src of example will be uploaded):
