Description:
Between ant dist and ant install-dist there's a manual step to create the .asc
files for the distribution (these are the GPG files that "sign" the
corresponding distribution files, to ensure there is no tampering).
Unfortunately, the .asc files are not uploaded with the .zip, .gz, and .md5
files as they should be.
