I've been hankering to convert HiveMind's repository over to
Subversion. CVS is so 20th century, you know ... seriously, CVS falls
done on refactoring (as we all know) and refactoring is one of my
favortite things (and is strongly encouraged by HiveMind).

I believe both the server side of subversion, and the client side (the
Eclipse plugin) is ready for prime time. Certainly, several other
Apache projects are using it with success, so we wouldn't be guinea
pigs.

I'm not sure how much interruption there would be; hopefully very
little. Any other thoughts?
