This patch provides jmx support to hivemind.
Integration:
- Apply the small patch to the hivemind framework.
- Add the zipped sources framework/library or a new source directory. Combine
the hivemodule.xml with an existing one.
- Add a dependency to mx4j-2.1.1.jar and mx4j-remote-2.1.1.jar to the build
scripts.
