There's no API for that. You can view the "HiveDoc" though. What configurations are you interested in? Tapestry ones? They can be found here

Subject: getting informations from the registry
Hi all,
how can I get the full list of configurations, services, etc. from the registry ?
Regards,
kiuma
I had the same problem in the himodule editor. To access
all of these information, you need to write som extensions to the
RegistryBuilder, RegistryInfrastructure and RegistryInfrastructureConstructor.
You can see the source code for this in the hivemodule-editor project on
sf.net
