May Allah make us from amongst the fruitful plants in this Ummah which work sincerely for the sake of Allah, those who care for this Ummah and who carry her worries and concerns, and those who work within the Ummah and with her to lead her to victory and liberation by the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah, insya' Allah. This article is shared in conjunction with the "durian runtuh" delivered in the budget 2000 as a reminder that the "durian runtuh" is from no one else except Him, The Almighty.  Alhamdulillah. May it be a reminder to us all of the obligation that we have to fulfill and to continue to pursue and work for the accomplishment of that obligation as our syukur and appreciation for the "durian runtuh"!  It is through our efforts that Allah has, through BN, deliver us the "durian runtuh".  This is a clear indication that the real strength is with the rakyat and because of the sincerity of the rakyat in fighting for a just Malaysia Allah has "forced" BN to pay!  Our fight is not yet over.  This is just the beginning of that fight for justice.  Allah loves justice and Allah will help us who fight for justice.  The "durian runtuh" will make us stronger and more determined in our fight. May Allah's guidance and help will always be with us, amin.  Let also this this be a reminder to the alternative parties. Your strength is with the rakyat.  We have a mission. We all love Malaysia. Loving Malaysia is to work together for a change.  We need that change!  May Allah be with us.  Wallahu 'alam. Wassalam.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds; and may peace be upon the Prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions.

Oh Muslims,

There is a hadeeth of the Prophet Muhammad that brings glad tidings. The Prophet Muhammad said "Allah will keep planting good people in this Ummah, to use them for worshipping him, until the Day of Judgement". May Allah make you from amongst the fruitful plants in this Ummah which work sincerely for the sake of Allah, those who care for this Ummah and who carry her worries and concerns, and those who work within the Ummah and with her to lead her to victory and liberation by the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah.

I will today talk about the issue of "Obeying the Ruler". Are Muslims suppose to obey these corrupt dwarfs appointed by the imperialist infidels as rulers in our Muslim world? The ones whom the U.S. and Britain are manouvering like pawns on the chessboard. As with the example of how Nawaz Shareef of Pakistan was deposed.

We all know that Islam makes it Fard to obey the ruler. The Prophet Muhammad said "Whoever obeys his Ameer (ruler) obeys me, and whoever disobeys his Ameer then he is disobeying me". But there are three exceptions to obeying the ruler:

Firstly, if the ruler ordered or legislated a rule considered unlawful (sin) in Islam. Such as when the ruler accepts the State to be part of the United Nations, or the Arab League etc. Another example, would be if the ruler established an intelligence agency to spy on his people and torture them. In such cases it is unlawful to obey the ruler.

Prophet Muhammad said "The Muslim should obey his ruler in all conditions except if he was ordered to commit an unlawful action, in such a case he should disobey him".

Secondly, the ruler should not be obeyed if he interfered in those actions in which Allah gave people the choice to do it or not. Like when the ruler orders the people living in cities to build their homes in special styles so as to make these cities look nicer. Or when the ruler forbids merchants to import specific commodity to protect the domestic one's.

The third exception has not been mentioned in any of the books of great Muslim scholars throughout history and I'll reveal why shortly. It is when the ruler does not apply Islam. When there is no Islamic State but a number of secular states headed by corrupt rulers, who are agents to the imperialist infidels. In this case you should not obey the rulers. In fact you should not obey the rulers who have existed since 1924 when the last Khilafah state was demolished. You should not obey the rulers when they impose taxes on you and your properties. You should not obey the ruler when he binds students to learn a specific foreign language. It is unlawful to obey the ruler when he legislates laws that permits apostasy, or permits Masonic parties or allows political parties based on nationalism or patriotism. It is unlawful to obey the ruler when he fights the sincere Islamic movements that work to re-establish Islam in life's affairs. The Prophet Muhammad was asked about the rulers that would come after him and that do not work according to Quran and Sunnah, he (saw) said "There is no obedience to those who do not obey Allah". It is well known that the rulers in the Muslim world do not rule by Quran and Sunnah so there should be no obedience to such rulers.

There is so much corruption between the so called official Muslim scholars and the rulers who use them to justify their rule.

Our Islamic Colleges and Universities like Al-Azhar in Egypt are teaching Islam as theory. The students in these schools learn much about the economic, political, and social laws of Islam but they do not learn them so as to be applied.

The Muslim Ummah should desert her rulers.

The Muslims today are lost between a corrupt scholar and a corrupt ruler.

Hizb-ut-Tahrir (The Islamic Liberation Party) is working to establish the just ruler, and asks you to desert the current rulers in the Muslim world. We should work together to overthrow them. Allah says "O ye who believe! Take not My enemies and yours as friends (or protectors), offering them (your) love, even though they have rejected the Truth that has come to you"
al-Mumtahina (60:1).

Now listen to what some of our great Muslim scholars in history remarked about the position of the ruler:

Al-Sibki said "The ruler was not appointed only to eat and drink but to make this deen victorious". Al-Sharistany said "The ruler should work to send Muslim scholars all over the world in order to spread Islam". Al-Nasafy said "The ruler has to prepare the armies and to subdue the infidels".

Our scholars have described the position of the Khalifah as "the most important position for this deen to be established on earth". It is the "biggest obligation" , "the main corner of this deen", and it is "the base of belief".

May Allah help us to establish the Islamic Khilafah State soon.

Ameen.
