What is so wrong about that message sgmedia? Just because he's not muslim
does that mean he can't share some sentiments that we muslims feel
especially regarding harmony & peace? If you're so terkejut with that, check
out Wan Azizah's Cristmas Message to Christians in Malaysia (below). There
is absolutely nothing wrong in expressing greetings of different religion. I
personally feel good about it. It shows that humanity can stick to one even
though we practice all sorts of religions and faiths.

CHRISTMAS MESSAGE
Even as songs of Christmas fill the air, I tender my sincere wishes to
all Malaysian Christians and Leaders of Churches for a blessed Christmas.
In my days of schooling from Std 1 to Form 5 at the St Nicholas Convent
in Alor Setar and my medical studies in Dublin, I came to know of many
Christian teachers and friends. Our times of mutual learning helped foster a
healthy and positive mutual respect for one another�s culture, religious
beliefs and practices.
I recall two aspects of the Christian story which can serve as an
inspiration to building a just and caring society. Firstly the song of the
angels; "Glory to God in the Highest, and on earth peace, goodwill
among men." Secondly, the humble and modest circumstances of the birth
of Christ.
Our prayers for our beloved country is for peace and goodwill to prevail
amongst all Malaysians. In this attitude of prayer, we need to be humble and
modest in all our dealings with one another.
It is the people of humble and modest means who suffer the most from any
economic downturn or misadventure. Just a few days ago I visited the victims
of a fire at Kampung Kerinchi and I carried away with me the images of women
in tears as I greeted them.
As Christians observe Christmas and Muslims, the month of Ramadhan, let
us ever be mindful of those around us who are of very humble and modest
means who are in need of help in their daily life.
Wishing all Christians a Joyful Christmas
