PAS : KE ARAH PEMERINTAHAN ISLAM YANG ADIL

A CALL TO ALL MUSLIMS
To the elderly man in his place of prayer ....
To the woman in her veiled sanctuary ....
To every imam and every worshipper
To you do we make this call...
The heat of battle is rising and hearts are gaping. The situation is intense and the
enemy attacks are unabated and animalistic. Unbelievers across the world are in
collusion against us from every side. Aircraft bombard us with the most destructive
weapons. Artillery rain rockets upon us. The mountain peaks are covered with
snow and ice. These circumstances remind us of the ordeal of our brothers on the the
Day of the Factions (the Ahzab), described by Allah in the Holy Quran:
"Behold! they came on you from above you and from below you, and behold, the eyes
became dim and the hearts gaped up to the throats, and ye imagined various
(vain) thoughts about Allah! "
Oh Umma of Islam: Is there not one among you whose oath to Allah is fulfilled? Are
there not those among you who raise their hands in humble supplication that
Allah may accept their prayers? Have you forgotten us even in you Dua? Where are your
rigorous supplications (Qunut) in the heart of the night? Indeed, for what
purpose hath such a great act of worship been ordained other than for situations such
as that which we face today?
The Prophet of Allah made Qunut for 70 of his companions who were martyred at the
wells of Ma'una. And today thousands of your fellow Muslims are being
killed, yet where is your support for us?
May Allah have mercy upon you O Sheikh Ibn Baz; Whenever you heard of a calamity
befalling the Muslims in any part of the earth you hastened in making Qunut
in your prayers and asking Allah to bestow His mercy upon them and to give them
victory. We relish the memory of your supplications during our first war against
the Russians, may Allah bestow upon you his infinite mercy.
Oh Umma of Islam, do not forget us in your Dua and do desist from supporting us, for
victory and relief come only after hardship.
