Wow...
Hebat. Hebat. Hebat. Tpuk! Tpuk! Tpuk! Terserlah sekali lagi kecekapan
pemimpin kanan UMNO dalam memerintah negara. Terbukti hanya UMNO/BN yang
cekap memerintah. Belum habis isu rasuah dalam JPJ (Kat bawah Ling Liong
Sik), timbul pula cerita dalam Kementerian Pertahanan (kat bawah Najib).
Cerita ni bukan PAS yang reka ni. Jabatan Audit yang jumpa. Tak boleh kata
PAS buat fitnahlah. Sila lihat ceritanya dibawah. Anda mungkin terpegun
dengan kecekapan pemimpin BN/menteri menerajui kabinet.

ALTERATIONS BY TAILORS ADD TO COST OF UNIFORM.
KL: The tailors contracted by the Defense Ministry before 1998 were paid
according to the number of alterations done on each uniform, according to a
memorandum on the 1999 Auditor-General Report.
"The cost to alter a pair of uniform is HIGHER than the price of making one
because the charges are based on each alteration made,"said the memorandum
by the PM's department.
The memorandum contained explanations on matters raised by the
Auditor-General.
In his report, the Auditor-General had noted that one tailor charged 70 sen
to alter a uniform while another charged RM68 to do the SAME.
The Defense Ministry, in its explanation, said that from 1998 onwards, tghe
charges were based on uniform made, instead of every alteration job that was
carried out.
In Lumut, Defence Minister DS Najib Tun Razak said he WOULD LOOK into the
findings of the report.
"I will study the report," he said, adding that such disparities HAD
HAPPENED before.
He said he would refer the matter to the ministry's secretary-general who
had earlier handled the case.
