Vacation club ni perkara biasa. Byk company BVC, Tanco, Heritage etc.
Price boleh kata competitive, normally RM10,000 for one room 7 nights per
year or 9,000+ points (bagi yg guna point system).
Cuma kalau nak beli tu, tengok faktor-faktor lain selain drpd harga yg
ditawarkan: Company's reputation, trustees, company's financial strength,
resorts' reputation (i.e. 5 star), accessability of the resorts, no. of
resorts (local & oversea), future planning,
ease of booking, other side benefits such as club house etc.
These things have to be considered accordingly sebab it is a long term
investment for our holidays. Normally it goes for 35+ years.
I went to a few presentations by a few companies and I opt to join
Berjaya Vacation Club (BVC). The best thing that make me joined BVC is
they will refund the purchase price of RM10,000 at the expiry of the
term. Of course, it is not a big amount after considering the opportunity
cost of investing the money elsewhere, but at least, I get some money at
the end of the day.
Anybody interested to join BVC, just let me know.
