          PAS : KE ARAH PEMERINTAHAN ISLAM YANG ADIL
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ini adalah laporan kenapa Taliban berundur. Mereka bukan kalah
dalam peperangan. Mereka sengaja meninggalkah Kabul untuk
melancarkan taktik perang yang lebih berkesan. Kata Taliban
bahawa Puak Utara kurang bijak dalam taktik perang sebab itu
mereka masuk Kabul. Bilangan tentera Pakatan Utara hanya 12,000
dibandingkan dengan Taliban yang lebih 100,000 dan akan kian
bertambah. Taliban lebih pentingkan kehadiran tentera darat
Amerika. Tentera Puak Utara yang bilangan mereka tidak besar
mungkin membuat kesilapan dengan memasuki Kabul. Mereka diberi
amaran oleh Amerika jangan berbuat begitu kerana takut telah masuk
perangkap Taliban. Tetapi amaran Amerika tidak dihiraukan.
Tunggulah apa akan terjadi selepas ini.
============
One shouldnt assume that this is the end or even the beginning of
the end. Taliban will have to fight. If they dont fight, they will
be killed by the northern people if captured anyway. Guerilla war
has always been a Taliban strong point. And we will definitely be
seeing that in the days to come. God willing, Taliban will be
successful once again.
Taliban movement can not be stopped without eliminating at least
100,000 people.Perhaps the Americans dont know how many Taliban
study in madrassas. More Taliban graduate from Pakistani madrassas
than the students who graduate from high schools.
If this war in Afghanistan continues for long, US will have to
put in more and more resources. And a time will come when history
will repeat itself. The Russians did the same.
Regarding the withdrawal from Mazar and Kabul, they have never
been Taliban strong holds. Mazar particularly, it has changed
sides several times before. In a situation where American bombing
is continuing day and night, I think it is unwise to remain in
areas which arent fully in Taliban control. One thing should be
clear, Taliban are a movement, they arent a political party or
a pressure group, that their policies change with each new
leadership. Their ideas will remain the same no matter what you
do to them. Taliban can always have new recruits from the numerous
madrassas. They certainly arent short of soldiers. Taliban are
much more in number than the northern alliance, but the problem
is that of weapons and logistics. It is unwise to waste your
limited resources on cities whos people arent fully supportive
to you. So, in that sense, this is a tactical withdrawal
