The situation in Qandahar remains under the control of Talibans: The
tribes, the officers and the
soldiers, just as the whole of the population and all the Ministers of
the Taliban government carried
allegiance to the Emir ul Muminin to fight until death.
Americans continue to bombard all the positions which not having been
taken by the northern
alliance even those areas controlled by the tribes after the departure
of Talibans. The most
bombarded city remains Qunduz and the allies use and test all their
last weapons.
From the beginning of Ramadan more than 1500 civilians died in Qandahar
following the
bombardments. A mosque was bombarded in Khost at the time of the
prayer.
A new phase of the guerrilla of Talibans is activated.
Talibans concluded 4 major operations in 4 different wilayas. The
Medias voluntarily did not
mention these operations.
Yesterday the moujahideen Talibans entered the centre of the Wilaya of
Ghour and destroyed the
forces of the northern alliance with their machinery. Only few did
escape from the Taliban�s
offensive because of the aid of the aviation of the allied forces. Thus
the Talibanes forces were
withdrawn in the neighbouring mountains while waiting for the next
operation. When Talibans left
the wilaya of Wardak, some tribe�s hypocrites did help the northern
alliance to enter the city.
But the Prefect being an honest person has asked the Talibans to return
and now the wilaya is
under their control.
The northern alliance being made up of various minorities, chi' ites,
tadjiks and Uzbeks, each of
them is trying to maximise its influence on the ground. The northern
alliance entered Ghozni and
thought of being able to take it with facility. The moujahideen, under
the command of Jallaluddin
Haqqani, encircled them during three days and launched against them a
very intense attack. The
northern alliance has suffered many loses in terms of deaths and
machinery. Few of them did
escape because of the help of the American bombardment which continues
until now.
The company of Hamza Zouba�r encircles and controls broad areas around
Kabul and prepares to
launch an attack. The moujahideen Talibans require of you to make
do�as for them.
The moujahideen Talibans were divided into small company which all
carried allegiance to the Emir
ul Mu'minin in order to fight until death and they are currently well
prepared to tackle the positions
that they had left before.
The American government, via the Pakistani government, distributes
considerable sums in order to
bribe the tribes but Al hamdoulillah they did not succeed.
The northern alliance disguised its failure in its attempt at capture
of Qunduz by inventing a lie.
They affirmed that the moujahideen Talibans are negotiating their
remission with the United
Nations. Thus the forces of north would not like to attack Talibans in
order to support the
negotiations and to avoid the blood bath.
The northern alliance recognized that if it did not attack Qunduz was
not to support the negotiations
but because it lost there more than 1700 soldiers during the last
confrontations. As a result, the
northern alliance forces have been pushed back more than 20 Km from
Qunduz.
The Talibans the real protectorates of the civilian populations while
the northern alliance forces are
the opposites. The latter make exactions without precedents when they
took the cities plus the
massacres resulting from the bombardments, where the Medias have turned
blind eyes.
The American Minister for defence affirmed that they control the
situation in Afghanistan, which is
obviously another lie! In fact the Americans have lost completely the
control of the situation in
Afghanistan and the coming days will prove it! The moujahideen
Talibans move freely even in the
areas controlled by the northern alliance without however entering the
cities which they left except
for conducting attacks.
It is impossible for the allied forces estimated at 10000 men even as
some say 30000, to defend
the Afghan territory which they state to control! In the same way,
they affirm to control 30 wilayas
out of 32, i.e. 90% of the Afghan territory; knowing that each wilaya
comprises at least three
cities, which means 1000 soldiers by wilaya: the American dream! The
presence of about 2000
soldiers in Kabul in fact is just a show to the world, via CNN, that
they have effective control of
the situation! The truth is far from the reality.
Talibans say: �These lies are too big for them bearing in mind that
the enemy forces have entered
these cities without any resistance from us but it will come the day
when the allied forces will
require our mercy against their prisoners ". (And they ask when that.
Say: it may be little that that
is very close! �Verse of Qur'an).
After the powerful striking of Talibans in Mazar-i-Sharif, 40 Americans
were carbonized at the
time of the attack. The Americans have underestimated the force of the
moujahideen Taliban and
thought the situation is similar as the gulf war! But there, they have
to deal with the real Moslem
who fights so that the word of Allah is highest and who have supports
of Allah in their fight. These
Americans forgot to revise the history of the Moslems! The allies
understood the message and
started to say that the mission in Afghanistan proved very difficult
and dangerous and that the war
would be lengthy.
The British were the first to understand and already delayed the
dispatch of 1000 soldiers into
Afghanistan; perhaps they do not have enough coffins!

* Talibans pushed back a massive attack in Holmond in the wilaya of
Qandahar and launched a
counter offensive afterwards. As a result 30 invaders found death and
10 machines of war
captured.
The vice Foreign Minister of Talibans let know that Talibans did not
worry to have given up cities,
because that does not pose a problem and that they will take them
again soon (insha Allah) just as
the whole of Afghanistan. He let know that the northern alliance
controls the cities only because
they were abandoned by the Talibans and because they have the support
of the allied forces,
otherwise it would be impossible for them even to hold their own
positions.
Talibans reaffirmed that they would not take part in any government
based on laws of
non-believers and that there is not any possible negotiation.
* Talibans always control in manner total, the towns of Qunduz,
Qandahar, Holmond, and a great
number of cities surrounding Mazar-i-Sharif, just as the wilayas of
Baktia and the suburbs of the
wilaya of Logar, the wilaya of Ghozni, and the suburbs of the wilaya
of Nangahar, just as most of
the wilaya of Ourouzfan. That proves the lies formulated by the world.
* During the attack of Bagram�s airport, the British lost 18
soldiers, of which a commander, the
northern alliance 11 soldiers where their commander Muhammad Mawlaoui
was executed by ball
after his capture. Talibans captured a very great number of
sophisticated weapons and
ammunition.
* Talibans left the northern alliance and the allies to approach
Qunduz simulating a weakness and
without answering their attack. When they were in the open the
Talibans brutally attacked them
from their positions in the mountains on several front at the same
time. The northern alliance lost
1700 soldiers and carried out a catastrophic withdrawal.
* The American have indicated that 150 Talibans have been killed by
Al Qa�ida because they
sought to flee, it is just another lie proving the weaknesses of the
enemies who take their desire
for realities.
* Mullah Hanan with his forces have entered Herat for the third time
in the last 10 days and killed
a great number of soldiers of the northern alliance.
* Slaughters started between the soldiers of Rabanni and the General
Dostom for the sake of the
power.
* More than 700 women were violated in Kabul by the dark forces
(northern alliance) with the
complicity of the allied forces and committed atrocities against afghan
population worst than the
Russians did!
* The TV Al-Jazeera channel does not bring back any more authentic
information owing to the
fact that it does not retransmit more than the information
disseminated by CNN. Several of its
employees was indeed captured by the northern alliance and are still
prisoners. They are used as
means of blackmail to oblige the chain of TV to disseminate only untrue
information.
* All the operations of guerrilla welfare are in increase and are
carried out for the majority of them
by Arab fighters having given allegiance to the Emir ul Mu'minin,
Mullah Omar. They have total
supports in term of logistic from all Pashtouns in a permanent way in
order to be able to conclude
their operations. They ask the help of all Muslim especially by your
do�as.
* Mullah Dadullah and its Talibans and Arabic fighters killed in
Mazar-i-Sharif 40 American
soldiers and shot down a fighter aircraft.
* The moujahideen require of you especially and insist that you do not
listen to information of the
non-believers who are only untrue.
