Menang dan kalah adalah ujian daripada Allah. Sudah tercatit
dalam sejarah perjuangan ummat Islam dahulu, menang dan kalah
datang silih berganti, tapi akhirnya Allah akan memberi kemenangan
jua kepada perjuangan Islam.

In regards to this, a Mujahideen spokesman said: "We remind the
Muslims we have pledged to continue this war with the Crusaders
until victory or martyrdom. One of the costs of these objectives
is that undoubtedly some of us will be captured and others will
be killed. We did not enter this war with guarantees that we will
not be killed or captured. The Sunnah (tradition) of Allah in us
and in those who came before us and will come after us, that some
days we win over our enemy, whilst other days they win over us.
This is the nature of war, as Allah has mentioned in the Quran
[3:140] and this also happened to the Messenger of Allah (SAWS)
and his Companions, as well as the Prophets of Allah before him;
so why should it not happen to us? Therefore we say to the Muslims
that even if hundreds of us were killed or captured, that will not
mean that we have lost, because such is the nature of war. However,
we are confident and certain of Allah's Victory that will come to
us in the end and will be a relief for the believers and a shock
to the disbelievers and hypocrites.
In the words of Field Commander Khattab himself, in an interview
hoped to be published later this week, he said: "Before this war,
America had only one enemy, Usama Bin Ladin. Now America has
millions of enemies because Muslims all over the World now want
to make Jihad against America and support the Mujahideen."
