I took a first glance and trial at Kexi, and report here
Export from Knoda to csv
Having opened your database, select the table to export
File>Exportation>CSV will open a windows
Give the path and name of the file to receive the export, select data
type= Table, etc.....OK
Import in Kexi
First in Kexi create an empty database. I created one in the same mysql
as the old one handled by Knoda
Have this new database open
Use tab "Données externes" (External data?) then button "Importer des
données à partir d'un fichier" (Import from data file?), choose the
file exported from Knoda and import....youy are requested to say if you
want to add a primary key.
You can specify which imported column is the primary key. Just select a
data in this column, and check the relevant tick.
There is also a possibility to import a project "not creaed by kexi",
but it failed withthe following message:
"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that
corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use
near 'update DATETIME)' at line 1". Anyhow I guess that it woud not
import the forms????
