Hi,I know How Hapi parse HL7 message as a message tree in a JTree involuntarily. The code is in "ca\uhn\hl7v2\viewTreePanel.java". The method "public void setMessage(Message message)" which updates the panel with a new Message parses HL7 message and displays the message in a JTree.
