Ran into a message today that has the following template IDs:
2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.1.14 - ResultsSection CCD
2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.11.83.122 - DiagnosticResultsSection HITSP
1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.3.28 - CodedResultsSection IHE
The contents seemed to be conformant to all three, but on review of the spec
the HITSP section conforms to IHE, but neither explicitly conforms to CCD.
Is there a significant difference between a DiagnosticResult and a Result
section?
Is it correct for a section to declare conformance to multiple templateIDs
when the specification for those templateIDs does not explicitly state that
one is conformant to the other?
