Hi Cetin,
There is no specific HL7 standard or recommendation (that I am aware of)
that is tailored to dicom imaging, so you would definitely need to consult
with the system you are communicating with to find out how they expect data
to be formatted.
One approach that would certainly be possible would be to encode the data as
encapsulated data within an ORU^R01 message.

You would probably want to base-64 encode the data however, given that it is
in a binary format.
