But still want to get a couple of questions clarified on the same: 1. Can we include nHapi binaries in the commercial product that we are building? We just have to describe in the release notes of the product that it is using nHapi version X. 2. As per your website, "You must include a copy of this License with every copy of the Source Code you distribute". Does this mean that if we are selling the product (only binaries), we may not include the license of nHapi but if we are selling the product (binaries as well as source code), then a licensed copy of nHapi must also be included? Please clarify.
