Use the ca.uhn.hl7v2.conf.parser.ProfileParser to parse a profile from disk
or wherever you have your profiles located. The ProfileParser will then
return a ca.uhn.hl7v2.conf.spec.RuntimeProfile. From that you can call
getMessage which will return a StaticDef.
