Hi Mann, Joseph,
Unfortunately HL7 Batch mode (i.e. multiple messages that start with an MSH
segment wrapped in a single "wrapper" message with FH*/BT* segments) is not
currently supported by HAPI.
If you have samples of what you need to parse, you could file an
enhancement request on the site and attach them, that would go a long way
towards getting this implemented.
