In latest java update (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/7u25-relnotes-1955741.html) are added new JAR Manifest attributes, i.e. permissions and some changes+recommendations regarding web start deployment. App that I'm working on stopped working with update 7_25, but works fine with previous versions. Adding entries into Manifest fixed problems. Maybe is this same case with TestPanel.
