No, obviously there is a bug in the HL7 database, which marks the field as non-repeatable in version 2.4 (back to repeatable in 2.5!). The HL7 standard mandates this field to be repeatable for 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5. Feel free to file a bug report (http://sourceforge.net/p/hl7api/bugs/), so we can fix the generator in the next HAPI release.
