Not to worry, dealing with Z-segments is fairly common but not entirely
intuitive at first.
You'll find a complete example here:

Basically, there are two ways to do it, one uses custom message types and give
static binding, the other uses dynamic binding but it easier to code.

Our ADT Feed gives us A05 messages with custom ‘ZU3’ segments – This doesn’t
seem to be supported in the A05 class in nHapi. – Does anyone know of an
