Hi Bill,
I'm afraid I have no idea what a 275 is, to be honest.
Our library is focused on parsing and encoding HL7 messages, so if a 275 is a 
specific profile of an HL7 v2 or HL7 FHIR message then it's likely you could 
use HAPI to create one. Otherwise, it is unlikely we will support it.
