I don't know honestly think that the police are concerned with copyright infringement, however, it would appear from other bidders that this little schmuck is actually comitting mail fraud (not making good on things he's supposedly selling -- My parents wouldn't let me buy/sell it). I'm not sure what position that the US courts have taken on this kind of stuff (i.e. is it really mail fraud - I'm pretty sure), and the other thing with fraud that I can vouch for from personal experience is that no one really goes into small cases (got ripped buying a Magic card a number of years ago in a newsgroup auction), no one cared. Better to report the little puke to EBay (selling someone else's software illegally has to be against their rules), and let them handle it. It also seems he's under age (no contract in Candian law is enforceable against a minor, and I believe that the US would have a similar consideration), so EBay may be interested to learn that.
