Progress!!!! No when I try to launch the CS client instead of just hanging I get the message:
SteamProcessCall(WaitForAppReadyToLauch,0xab0016,0x266fc04,0x266fd0c) failed with error 16: Cache File Corrupted. The game data cache needs to be flushed in order to run. Did you wish to do this now? When I click "OK" to flush the data cache the same dialog pops up. BUT ITS PROGRESS!!!!! P.S.
