Its easy, buy more RAM! Your system takes 90 of your 192 MB, CS will take 90 MB, not much available for Steam... What you see is, win2k increases your page file on harddisk. Get more RAM, or better, get a better system...

What are the system requirements (Steampoered.com has some listed, but they can't be accurate)? Is there a memory leak of some sort? I installed the full (750M) file and trying to access servers running standard maps with low pings. I am not trying to do anything unusual, yet. Any ideas? Do you need more info? Has anyone else seen this?
