@tei.... The do have an IT guy, any company that has internet connections has one (least any company that wants their internet to be up 24/7).
Furthermore, in an email to another Valve employee during the leek/theft of hl2, it was confirmed that their IT guy had not secured the network very well (cough MS OE vulnerabilities that were KNOWN for at least 1 year prior to the network breach, another "bad move"). What matters now is that they have someone fraudulently posting to a Valve mailing list, with a Valve employess spoofed email, trying to distribute a virii, and has been for a few months now. Something which any manager of a company that is dependent upon an internet connection would want promptly secured, so that their company would not be liable for damages. But hey if Valve has money like that, let it ride. I am sure some idiot will download the file eventually and the liable company held responsible. Far as bad moves tei....
