Although, strangely enough, it doesnt give an email address o_0
I've heard of several people getting a very quick turn around on this,
although, yeah it does seem like a bit of a pita.

How can I purchase two (or more) copies of the game with one credit
card?

Answer
At the moment, credit card purchases are limited to one purchase per
subscription type. That is, you can use one Credit Card to purchase one
Gold, one Silver and one Bronze package but not two of any one type.
This is a security measure to protect the cardholder from fraudulent
transactions.
However, on a case-per-case basis, we can remove an existing
restriction from your credit card if you send us the first 12 digits of your
credit card (for security reasons, please do not send all 16 digits of your
credit card).
You must also include your Steam account name and the package you wish
to order.
Once your creditcard has been re-enabled, you will be able to purchase
another game online.
Some Credit Card Companies offer an "Internet Card" or "Virtual Card"
or "E-Card" Program that can also be used, please contact your credit card
company for additional information.
