> "generalizations are bad", "generalizations are bad", "generalizations are > bad" I hope this meake you a bit more relaxed.
It's a start. Incidentally, I did read all of those posts and linked/referenced papers/presentations. McTaggart's included. I'll happily admit I'm no graphics guru. I'm a compiler/language guy really. But that doesn't mean I'm completely ignorant, and I know better than to jump to conclusions until all the facts are in. And you're still claiming that just because the real thing is impractical on modern consumer hardware, that Valve can't possibly have implemented a look-alike, or even perhaps something that is similarly named. Ultimately, my point is that you are objecting to 4 words in an irrelevant document. 4 very ambiguous words that could mean anything. If you want to know what those 4 words mean, ask someone who knows for sure instead of tossing around baseless acusations against Valve for fraudulent claims and against the mod community for being ignorant. And now I'm done talking about it too. -- Bob Aman http://www.rapidcanvas.com _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlcoders
