I use Code::Blocks + Visual StudioToolkit 2003, I installed windows Paltform SDK to %ProgramFiles%\WinPlatformSDK and DX9 SDK to %ProgramFiles%\DirectXSDK.
However when I try to compile client or hl dll it complains about not finding windows.h.
