Here's a thread [1] from the Code::Blocks forums about importing the Quake 3 project. Looks like there's still problems, the best idea would be to turn off code-completion (maybe the class browser too, if it's like Dev-C++) before trying to import. If Code::Blocks crashes, it would be helpful to send the .rtp file which is generated to the developers, as they're interested in allowing users to work with large projects.
