Hi people,
This is nothing to do with the server plugins but more to do with people
writing shabby client side utilities. I am hoping by writing here,
those people will do something about them.
The problem exists in at least two "helpers" for buying weapons and
weapon selecting scripts; RZEs utilities and the CPL script.
Basically, these tools instead of calling "slot1", "slot2", "slot3",
etc. for weapons, they basically send a request for each weapon of a
type. So for backup weapon (ie. pistols), the client - instead of
sending "slot2" sends the following;

This is extremely wasteful of server CPU cycles and network bandwidth.
Based on a small sample, when I first spotted this, one player sent 640
commands compared to 1650 for the other 7 players in the same time period.
