I would like to know how to do this too, at present BGII's HUD has a really
crappy looking method of making the health bar rise and fall, we need to
mask the bit we want gone. I found that the old HL1 EnableScissors function
was missing, so I didn't have any luck with it. If someone could give me a
few hints about combining textures, masking, etc that would be good. There
really isn't much in the way of examples with VGUI2, as HL2DM uses very
simple panels, and those hideous counter elements.
