I have sorted out the problem, thanks to BAILOPAN :) Most of the problem was wordpad sucks, and i should have used notepad (UTF-8) also the 3 bytes of garbage at the start of the utf8 file confused my code. Anyway thanks guys but if anyone else has any problems like this... CHECK YOUR ENCODING :)
