It just as if it could not find the file. Those comment lines were just for comment in code so I remember how the file is organized, which I should have taken off the email. Pretend the comment and >> are not there :-)
I also had an error in the text file (Damn you windows) because the ext display was off so I had a *.txt.txt I fixed that but still no go.
