Thanks, that was a useful guide. Kdiff3 made all the right merge decisions
as far as I can see. The only thing was that I re-arranged the folder
structure to the new layout before I started.

I am also looking for compatibility issues. Has anyone had any problems with
map entities (Door, EntityFlame), models etc?
