I have compiled on 3.4.6 and 4.2.3 and it works.  However most servers are
currently using the glibc for 3.4.6 and it is incompatible for 4.2.3 so it's
recommended you just use 3.4.6.  You must use omega's updated files, however
you may want to edit the makefile so it doesn't use the optimization flags
for 4.2.2
