Your problem is that CItem sets itself to COLLISION_GROUP_WEAPON. You 
can change this by calling 
SetCollisionGroup(COLLISION_GROUP_INTERACTIVE) after CItem::Spawn().

COLLISION_GROUP_NONE should also work if you prefer it.
