You don't need to install anything extra to use my extractor, since the SAPI comes with Windows these days. In the bottom of the phoneme extractor window, does it say "SAPI 5.1" or "SAPI 5.4 (third party DLL)"? It may be that Steam has overwritten the file, or that it's in a folder for a different version of Faceposer to the one you're running.
