Hello Radimir, I also had this problem with my mod. I am not sure what it is caused by, but the simple solution is to change your GameConfig.txt in your SourceSDK 2007 folder (default: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<username>\sourcesdk\bin\source2007\bin).
Add the information for your mod, this will run it using the 2007 version of Hammer, which works.
