This can have all sorts of causes. Since there is no information on how the Code might look like (is it modified hl2mp code or rather hl2sp code or even made from scratch?). I'll just assume that you're using hl2mp code which would lead for the scoreboard to game/client/hl2mp/ui/hl2mpclientscoreboard.cpp/.h and from there going through the instances up the base. It's usually best to attach the Debugger to the mod and let it show you where it crashes (processing the .mdmp files in <user>/source sdk base 2007 can also lead to the potential cause).
I could list more but, well you know, it's hard to find the cause of a crash even with having the code at hand, it's even harder to pin it down from a remote place such as this Mailing List. So I suggest that you look at the places and use the techniques mentioned above or give a little more insight on this matter. Kind Regards, Neico
