Most ISP's frown on such sites very existence, and banners on such sites can be used to contact advertisers in order to give negative feedback. Halflifehacked.com is a site where one can currently download a working PB hack (which I already sent to Tony), several aimbots, wall hacks, smoke/flash hacks, and skin hacks etcetera. Since PB seems to be hacked for the moment (hopefully this has been addressed by now) the route one may choose to take is a more proactive one.
