Does anyone have more mirrors, preferably ones that are fast and not
saturated?

We've thrown the switch to force clients to update to the latest version of
Half-Life (1.1.0.8) and Counter-Strike Retail (1.0.0.3).  Everyone should
make sure their server is updated as soon as they can.

The Counter-Strike Mod update files are being released by the guys at
www.counter-strike.net.  You can get those files there.

There are some mirrors (below) for the other files that you might need.  Let
me know if you have any questions/problems.
